Built in 2022, this vacation home has dual central A/c and two 75-inch TV to comfortably unwind and relax. The dream chef’s kitchen has all the necessities to whip up a hot meal for the family. enjoy a cup of coffee before starting the day. And when you wake up, the coffee machine awaits. Built in 2022 the home is spacious with 3,500SF of living. There are 5 bedrooms (two are master-bedrooms) and 4 full bathrooms. One bedroom is located downstairs and the other four bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. As guests of the home, you'll have full access to the home. You also have 2 parking in the Garage and 3 parking on the driveway. I will be available through message if you need anything during your stay. I live nearby but won't be invading your space during your stay. There is an onsite host in the back house who is available for immediate service. \- Anaheim Convention Center 6.9 mi \- Knott's Berry Farm 7.2 mi \- Disneyland Park 8.4 mi \- Universal Studios Hollywood 40.8 mi \- Six Flags Magic Mountain 69.4 mi \- SeaWorld San Diego 93.1 mi 5 cars can be parked on the property (2 garage parkings and 3 driveway parkings directly in front of house). Guest can not blocked or park in the right side easement/driveway blocking access for back house tenants. Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center - 11 min drive Los Angeles Intl. (LAX) - 44 min drive There are 2 separate houses on the same lot. Guest will share right easement/driveway with the back house. Do not park or block driveway access to back house for current tenants. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules: 1\. No food or drinks are allowed in beds. We want to keep our linens clean and fresh for all our guests, so please enjoy any snacks or beverages in our designated dining areas. 2\. Shoes off the beds. Please remove your shoes before climbing into bed. This will help keep our linens and mattresses clean and free from damage. 3\. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to enter the property that will cause the maximum occupancy limit to be exceeded. We ask that you please let us know in advance if you plan to have any additional guests stay with you, and we will be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee. 4\. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We did both. Five very large bedrooms, with four nice bathrooms. House is new, clean and very nice. We had 16 people and everyone was very comfortable. Highly recommended. ##### Keith H. It was set up perfectly for members with little ones, teenagers and young couples and us old ones. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked with everything we needed. Crib, strollers, kitchen was AMAZING. The drive into Disneyland was so easy. We’ve even recommended this to more family planning a trip soon. We would stay here again. Communication was great. We were happy the home had all the essentials for our infant/toddler in our group- from a crib, play pen, infant tub, highchair, small toilet seat adapter, and a step stool. We’re so impressed with the home - rooms were spacious and home was stocked with everything. Contacting Kim was simple and she responded in a timely manner. Everything in the kitchen was labeled which was nice. The rooms are very spacious. I like that the stairs were carpeted for the kids, normally they are hard wood ect. More than enough room with a bunch of tvs if you need to watch 5 different things at once hah. Im still waiting on a laptop power cord that was left and yet to arrive but otherwise fantastic visit. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms and an amazing kitchen. I booked the house in the last minute and I was a bit worried not to get a house in a bad area. The house is beautiful. Huge bedrooms with big bathrooms .The beds were comfortable and the entire house was really clean. The kitchen is also huge. Very close to Disneyland but not walking distance. Uber was only 20\. Quiet neighborhood .The pictures on the VRBO website don't show how big and nice the house is, it only focuses on the number of beds.We went shopping @Costco . Just by observing the shoppers I could tell that Midway City is an upper class city. Streets were clean and neighborhoods looked well maintained. I was nicely surprised.
