"The property was in a good location, but the cleanliness was terrible. We stayed for 4 days a d the common breakfast areas were cleaned only once during this four days, the tables were not wiped down each day and the floor was not swept. Food stayed on the tables and floor for days. The trash cans were rarely emptied so they were full and pulled full of trash. During our stay, at check in we were told housekeeping would be coming on the third day (which is fine, I understand this is pretty standard now) but housekeeping never came to our room. For the most part all the staff were very friendly, although at check-in (I had a very lat check-in 1:00am) the gentleman that checked me in was half clothed. It was a very strange interaction. I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. We have been to Bozeman several times, this is by far the strangest stay we have ever had."

"Hotel was very nice. It was modern and comfortable. Very quiet. The front desk staff member, Dixon, was very friendly and welcoming! No free breakfast though. There were lits of breakfast options close by."

"The Sapphire Motel is our favorite place to stay in Bozeman. It's like stepping back in time to a classic motor inn. Their prices are reasonable, rooms are spacious and clean, and there is espresso coffee close by. I highly recommend staying here."
