This house is quite dated and not really sparkling clean It's in a construction zone, with lots of houses building going on around The outdoor areas are not well kept and the barbecue I would not recommend using as its old, dirty and rusty

Dear 5 Star Holiday Home in Ega, The surroundings of the house were very beautiful and we enjoyed the location. However, the house itself appeared quite worn and several things were not functioning properly: 1. The trap (siphon) in the small bathroom was so heavily clogged with limescale that we had to remove and descale it ourselves. Water in both the sink and the floor drain drained away very slowly. 2. In the same bathroom, using the shower flooded the floor to such an extent that the water was close to flowing into the living area. This appears to have been an ongoing issue for quite some time, as the bottom of the bathroom door was badly swollen from water damage. 3. The bottom of the shower curtain was black with mold, and the floor squeegee was in the same condition (see photo). 4. In the room opposite the bathrooms, the window could not be tilted open because the window handle was defective. 5. In the same room, neither of the wall lamps next to the bed was working, although the power outlets were functioning. 6. The machine located under the wooden cover in front of the swimming pool ran continuously day and night and was so noisy that it was impossible to use the seating area placed nearby. 7. The felt flooring on the first floor was heavily stained and worn (see photo). Overall, the house gave the impression of being significantly worn and in need of a thorough renovation and refurbishment. We would like to bring these matters to your attention, as they affect

Great location, quiet, close to shops. However no reception staff on duty at 3pm on a weekday. We locked ourselves out of our room tried to contact thrm by phone and email. No response. Luckily a fellow guest helped us. Also a group of youths were accessing the secure property without authorisation. Reported this the next day, they said they knew about it, but obviously hadnt taken too many steps to fix the issue, which was a little unsettling

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff - air conditioned in the hottest day in Denmark’s recent history! Fantastic breakfast!
