You will love staying in our nature inspired home with its resort inspired furnishings; green, leafy décor, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, stocked laundry room, and large yard with gas grill, picnic table and fire pit. The Greenhouse has everything you will need for an incredible experience and is the perfect landing pad for families or couples while visiting RVA. With nearly 1,500 sq/ft of living space, the Greenhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large dining room and a cozy (but large) living room where you can cuddle up and enjoy your favorite shows. In case you feel like dining in while you are here, the full featured and well-stocked kitchen has full-sized stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The beds are plush and set up for your comfort. Pillow top mattresses, deluxe pillows and the fresh linens will make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms and laundry room are fully stocked so you can pack a little lighter. Guests have access to the entirety of the property with the exception of a hospitality closet. The quiet but convenient cul-du-sac location is just minutes to 5 grocery stores (including Trader Joe\`s), Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and literally dozens of local and national retail shops and eateries. Brick House Diner and Jo-Jo’s Pizza South are local favs. Chesterfield Towne Center and Westchester Commons Shopping Center are both less than a 10-minute drive. Winterfield Crossing, with its mix of popular restaurants, local and national retailers, fitness studios, local brewery, and professional offices is an easy and safe 5-minute walk. The recently opened Gather Midlothian office space and co-working is easily walkable from our front door. If you are in town for a sporting event, the River City Sportsplex is only 14 minutes away. The location is great, being close to several major retail places. The home is clean and beds are comfortable. Having a full kitchen and laundry room was a bonus. The house was clean, roomy, close to central Midlothian. We could walk to Sycamore Square and another shopping center with restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a large dining room table. We had plenty of room with our two adult children. James was prompt to respond to all of our questions. Your accommodations were perfect for our 12 day stay while visiting family. The home was very clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of fresh towels. The house was in a safe neighborhood, close to my brother's house. The layout of the house offered the perfect amount of space for everyone. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet not flowing with enough pressure, but the response was quick from the manager. Because of his busy work load he could not come home for Christmas. We were looking for a home centrally located for us all to stay and recreate our Christmas celebration. This accommodation worked well for us. There were a couple disappointments, we arrived very late at night and in the morning we were in the kitchen making coffee and breakfast and the kitchen was not clean to our standards. The utensil drawers were dusty and we found a bug and ant. I immediately washed every dish, silverware, utensil, pot and pan. I then cleaned all drawers and utensil trays so we could cook and eat comfortably. We wished the kitchen had a drying rack for hand washing dishes and dish towels. There was one dish towel but it did not look clean. Additionally, the thermostat had either a default setting or was controlled remotely. The house setting would read 60 and we had to continuously turn the heat up to stay warm. Unexceptionable when we’re paying well for our accommodations. We planned to use the grill on Christmas Eve but the gas tank was empty. As difficult as this sounds, it was simply inconvenient, and we loved our time together we enjoyed a special holiday with our son. ##### Jean G. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Many grocery stores and box stores were nearby as well.
