Part of a curated collection of five private cottages, this bungalow offers a peaceful escape just minutes from sandy beaches, acclaimed restaurants, and local attractions. Inside, the bungalow is bright and tastefully composed, with an open layout that encourages easy living. The living area includes a comfortable lounge space and smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen is well-suited for everything from quick breakfasts to evening meals. Many of our homes are situated in residential neighborhoods where walking, biking, scootering, or renting a golf cart offers a relaxed and scenic way to explore the area. Second Beach is very popular and tends to have more waves. Third Beach is very child-friendly as the water is usually very calm and protected from the wind. The Atlantic Grill is a great breakfast spot and walkable from this property. Newport's Cliff Walk is another must do while visiting. Located on Memorial Blvd, just before you head into Newport. Ocean Drive is an 8-mile scenic waterfront must see. The views are incredible and the mansions on Bellevue Avenue are breathtaking.
