"Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"I love this cottage and you pay to stay in a beautiful old cosy cottage which is steeped in history. The garden is delightful and you are very close to Middleton -on- sea village, with two or three pubs within walking distance and the beach 10 min walk away. . It is not for everybody. I have stayed before so knew what to expect. The cottage is small inside but cool on hot summer days. Access would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and there is no room to eat at table inside. However...

"We had a lovely stay at Lo-Tide cottage!! Location is amazing and beach is fantastic especially if you have a dog! We enjoyed walking along the beach to Felpham enjoying a lunch in The Boathouse or Blake’s Bar. Really nice area and a beautiful beach. We will be back! Cottage was great . Had all you needed with a small but great garden and a nice terrace overlooking it. Very easy checking in too."

"We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station. The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus. The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels. We enjoyed our stay."
