"Check in was easy and we were greeted by Esther. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet environment. Comfortable bed and, importantly, a very comfortable lounge (which is rare). Small kitchen which was fine. Main downside to the cottage was that it was very dark and we needed to turn lights on during the day. It would be a good place to stay with children. We enjoyed our two night stay and would stay again if in the area."

"The property is off the main road so traffic noise was not an issue. The rooms were clean and roomy, with a balcony overlooking an attractive greened area. We had a meal in the on-site restaurant (Japanese) which was tasty and healthy. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The property was spacious, and well laid out. The kids loved the second TV outside their room. The garden area was ideal, the wildlife on the doorstep was a big appeal and did not disappoint. The location was beautiful, felt like in the middle of woods but the town was a short walk away. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer, thank you."
