"This is my 2nd stay here in the last 3 months due to a college move. Location for LMU visit is great, short drive through the tunnel and you're there. My main concern with this hotel is the hit or miss housekeeping. While this time my room was clean, we had no housekeeping except one day where all we asked for was the trash to be removed. The next day we needed fresh towels but never received them, had to call for them. The ladies are lovely and polite but I am not sure about the way they...
