  • Completely renovated over the summer of 2026 and ready for your mountain get away, this spacious condo has room enough for everyone to relax after a day of adventure. An open floor plan with a modern kitchen is the perfect space for multiple families, a couples' retreat or a weekend with friends. Just minutes from Sugarbush and on the winter bus route, you can be on the slopes in less time than it takes to get your ski boots on.

    Pull right up to the front door and be greeted by a large mudroom to dump your gear and luggage after your journey. Three bedrooms provide plenty of flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bathrooms ensure getting ready for the day doesn't hold up your plans. Grab a hot cocoa (or a Lawson's) and cozy up on the huge couch while the wood stove brings back feeling in your toes.

    The Mad River Valley is a four seasons paradise and we love that this condo is centrally located for any outing. Mountain bike right out the front door to some of the best flow trails in all of New England. If it's winter, those same trails are perfect for a snowshoe or cross country ski excursion along the Catamount Trail. In the summer, there are numerous swimming holes including the infamous Warren Falls less than a 10 minute drive. The picturesque towns of Waitsfield and Warren are within 10 minutes by car, offering convenience and a host of seasonal events - the farmer's market in the summer is world class! If the ski crowd's at Sugarbush's South Peak are too much, take the bus in the other direction to Mt. Ellen, or take an 8 minute drive over to the infamous Single Chair at Mad River Glen.

    Need something closer? The complex has a heated pool (Open June through Labor Day), tennis courts with basketball hoop and a wide open central lawn for ball play.
