"We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades."

"Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late.
