"Sheet on the bed looked like there was blood on it. Pillows were uncomfortable. The toilet handle was broken. The microwave in the dresser tv stand thing wasn’t even plugged in and the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the nearest plug, there wasn’t an extension cord so I had to move the entire microwave and plug it into a lamp with a plug in order to use it. Coffee in the room was terrible. The lighting was too low. Even with all the lights on it wasn’t bright enough when I needed it. The curtains are sheer so if you wanted to sleep in you couldn’t cause the outside curtains don’t even close. The “fitness center” had basically nothing in it. Only a bike and a treadmill. The elevator was dirty, scratched graffiti everywhere and it felt like it was going to break down at any point!"

"The hotel was great. The lady, I think her name was Diane but I unsure. She wasn't very friendly and gave my husband the stink eye everytime we were in the lobby. Like we were going to rob the place. When asked what she would recommend to do in the area ...short excursion since it was near 4pm. She wasnt very pleasant but she could have been having an off day. "

"Place was beautiful and perfect for the location proximity to friends in Provo, Salt Lake City and Park City. Large open space for common areas. Would recommend a different cleaning agent as the lingering scent triggered a reaction so I must need to ask for that going forward. Water pressure for showing was awesome and we enjoyed how quickly it heated up. Somewhat noisy with family living directly above the mother in law space and we could hear the calling and talking above us. We were not there much so wasn’t an issue overall. Beds were comfortable and generally a great place to stay. "

"My room was very nice; love the fact they allow pets (though I did not have mine with me); love the breakfast provided (a lot of variety) including a coffee bar and waffle station. Had some difficulty with lighting in the room as some switches appeared to not work (never did figure out how to turn the lights next to the headboard on. Very clean room though the carpet it the halls could use a shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful - though apologizing for interrupting the desk clerks break upon checkout Sunday morning at 9:30am didn't seem to help. She was efficient but not very friendly. I enjoyed my stay - easy access and the hotel is literally 7 minutes from families' home so that was awesome...I would/will definitely stay there again when I return!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "
