Cozy little stay

The home was small, but cozy. It served our family purpose for Thanksgiving. It was nice and cozy. It was clean and everything in place. We enjoyed our time there.

Cozy house

Booked for our annual Girls outing. Property manager did send all information leading up to the day of arrival he also sent us a listing of local restaurants and attractions. Process to enter the house was simple to get the actual keys was harder to get the box open so we only used the digital pad. The home was very cozy and clean. It was instructed that extra linen was available but it was only one sheet set for 3 extra beds. And the hot tub was not clean for use but I take partial accountability for not inquiring would it available for use seeing the weather we had prior to arriving. I did contact the manager he did let me know that he is usually the one who services it but he was out of town. Upon leaving manager did reach out to see how my stay was which was nice. Beds were comfortable (except the roll away bed, and sofa bed in basement) bar area was nice full of TV’s because of the weather we were only able to use the deck area one day. Overall we had a great stay in this cozy home would definitely come back but in better weather.

My friends and I loved our stay here, it was perfect for a group of friends who want to go to the Dunes. Communication was amazing and the hot tub was great!

Quick weekend get away

We stayed at this property with 7 people total. It was clean and well cared for. Some of the ammeneties listed online were not available to is such as the washer and dryer. We were told to use the dishwasher sparingly. Parking was not super convenient. It is in a densely populated neighborhood which led to lots of noise overnight. But it was close to the beach and other activities which was nice.
