"Last minute booking due to another hotel nearby that we had booked being absolutely disgusting ( baymont inn in portage ) the place was way better, very clean, breakfast was good, only slight disappointment was the front desk staff was not very good at making you feel welcome when we came In and out."

"Very conveniently located for sightseeing, restaurants and Indiana Dunes. We appreciated the host having a list of local restaurants and things to do available. The host was very easy to reach if we needed anything. We went in off season so I can’t say give review on the clubhouse and the activities that were available but the community was very nice. Having the golf cart was a nice addition. Very comfortable and we loved the front porch. We even seen 2 deer out the front window our first morning."

"Very cute building. Very clean. Room was a bit worn but immaculately clean. Difficult to find late at night as street lighting is poor. Not possible to park in demarcated area or all patrons park politely. No one on sight to fix situation."

"Everything as was in the picture. It was in an older part of town but no issues. Outlet Mall, Casino and our favorite Lake Michigan were all close by. It was quiet, open and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious.If I were to give any feedback it would just be more kitchen hand towels."

"Cute, clean little place and just a walk from the beach. Enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, coffee maker, ice, beach towels and chairs, games, even a massage chair which was nice. Close to the zoo and casino also. Even had a little ash tray and a place to sit at on the back porch for smokers. I felt that was extra thoughtful. There were other extras like a hot tub, kayaks and more we didn’t take the time to do, but this place just a lot of nice extras. Thank you Ben for letting us stay. We hope to come back some day "

"Beautiful view of the lake and easy beach access. Nice big space with plenty of beds and seating, and the carpet upstairs blocked a lot of noise so it was easy to sleep even with others walking around and talking downstairs. The fire pit area felt very private which was nice. Parking has room for 4-5 cars. Kitchen supplies were good as far as dishes/utensils for eating but kind of random for cooking, I'd recommend that guests BYO anything you need for feeding a crowd."
