If you’re looking for a kid friendly hotel in punta Cana - this is it! They have it all for kids. Pros: beautiful property, restaurants are excellent, service is amazing!
Cons: the rooms are outdated unless you have an ocean front. Which we did have, but the party with us did not and there room lacked the luxury feel. The buffet also lacks

We stayed at the Family Selection resort at Grand Palladium and had an excellent time. Resort was great for kids and adults as well. Many pools to choose from which was nice.
The service we received during our stay was exceptional. Robinson helped us out each day and responded to our requests almost immediately! Everyone working at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely go back!
