First time here and I would definitely return! Our butler Juan was very attentive always and always made sure we were very well accommodated! Five stars to him! And also the man Luis who drives the golf cart to transport around the resort he always was patient! Kid friendly all over including the excursions!

Overall beautiful resort , some staff members need more training , magna club at this location is not worth the upgrade ( Magna club at Oyster Bay was amazing ), alcohol selection was below average , Food was great. If you get this resort at a really amazing price go for it ,if not go somewhere else.

Staff was amazing our butler Edward was the best and always a pleasure to help make our days special. It was a highlight to our trip.

The rooms need to be maintained and updated and mother down point was a sales pitch that we were mislead to on our first day that took up 4 hours of our time.
