Above Pruggern, in the district of Michaelerberg, in a secluded, sunny position. For shared use: property, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (all included), infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 3 km long motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Zeiler Anni u Lorenz" 350 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aicher Badesee" 10 km. Chair lift 9 km, gondola lift 13 km, slopes 9 km, ski rental 5 km, ski bus stop 3 km, ski school 9 km, children's ski school 9 km, sled run 12 km. Nearby attractions: Steirischer Bodensee 17 km, Dachstein Südwandbahn 33 km, Zipline Stoderzinken 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Galsterberg 9 km, Hauser Kaibling 13 km, Planai Schladming 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
