"The staff was amazing! Very helpful. Airport shuttle was great. The room was supposed to be one of those newer styles with no carpets and upgraded furnishings but the problem was that even that was looking old and tired! The paint was peeling off the bathroom walls and the water in the sink would not go down and we had freezing cold water to take a shower with!!! No hot water! Literally, it’s good for a one night stay on your way to a cruise or a layover but that it! And it definitely wasn’t worth the $182 Canadian I payed for it. "

"This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in especially paying $300+plus a night.The condition of the property is not being kept up the pool was filthy with cigarettes and plastic in it .The room and hallway had a bad odor and filthy as well with rust and dirt on the walls.everything cost extra they play on the part that it’s not close to no covenant stores or restaurants.To have a up charge for early check in for a room that is already ready dirty is diabolical as well as the $100 deposit for damages to a property that not kept up is even worse. No complimentary water and every beverage is $5. The only plus is it’s very close to the airport "

Very cold, good quality ham slices and we expected the leftover sausage patties that were served on the 25th morning would just be recycled and served on Friday morning the 27th. "We stayed here for the night before we went out for our cruise and it was a great stay! The room and bathroom were spotless! I slept so great, the beds are super comfortable! They also have an IHOP right next door and offer vouchers. They were kind enough to keep our bags for us as well while we went next door to eat. Highly recommend! "
