Right across from the beach. had to pay over 200 just for parking at this place (should have been stated in the listing) the A/C didn’t work, be prepared to sweat (was 85) day and night in there. Whole place smells like smoke, not very pleasant. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with everything. We were pleased with the set up.Parking is a problem. Valet parking cost about 50 a night with tips included. Self parking ramps are available nearby for half the price, but we didn’t try those. Our parking bill for a week here cost as much as a rental car. A rooftop pool and bar offer spectacular views of Miami Beach. ##### Stephen R.
