Trump Towers offers amazing services - ocean front restaurant, top notch beach services, & a fitness center with a spa & sauna. A true resort ambiance for your vacation. Prime location in Sunny Isles; walk to dinner, restaurants, & cafes. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have full access to the fitness center, spa, great room, heated pool, & beach services which include chairs, towels and umbrellas. Amazing on site restaurant located in the building that is also open daily. NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Trump Towers is a private residential building and very secure. A background check with Tenant Evaluation will require either your social security number or passport number. ALL GUESTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER STAYING IN THE UNIT MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS. APPLICATION - $100 per adult. All instructions and forms will be sent upon booking confirmation. Paid to Tenant Evaluation for background check. The office needs 15 days from the time they receive the results from Tenant Evaluation to process and approve your application. GUEST ACCESS - $50/guest - (4 adults x $50 = $200 total). Cell phone application provided by the office for each guest to have access to the elevator, pool, gym, & beach services including chairs, towels, & umbrellas. Paid to Trump Towers directly upon arrival. They require a check or money order, no credit card payments. We can pay in advance for you and collect fee upfront.
