It’s an oasis of calm featuring teak interiors, tranquil pools, and world-class service. Two-bedroom residences offer spacious layouts ideal for families or longer stays, blending Eastern minimalism with coastal comfort. THE SPACE: • Separate 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. • 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed • Spacious 1,242 ft² (115 m²) of living space • Corner unit with Oceanfront and City views with Southeastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • 3 Azure pools • Plush chairs on the white sandy beach • Direct beach access • The luxury Valmont Spa • A fitness center • Room service • Valet parking GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax). • The Setai Hotel requires a valid credit card to be placed on file upon arrival. Check in will not be allowed until it is provided. The hotel has a mandatory $300 per day authorization for incidentals that will be authorized to the card provided. • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. Penelope was very responsive and reliable and helped us with anything we needed. We had one issue when we arrived the first day, we noticed there was no baby crib or high chair for my son. We requested this when we booked this trip ahead of time. After almost 2 hours, it was delivered to us. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The rooms were just like the pictures and in the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the resort is everything you’d expect from a 5 star property. Setai is a 5 star resort everting was amazing Your crew was not good at all, I text my host fee time and no respond he totally ignore me Unit was a horrible smell on the 2nd day due construction work from the unit above us, my wife got a very severe headache and we couldn’t stay at the unit at all. It was a very strong acid smell that was very dangerous Even the setai building engineer agree with us and ask us to move out for a few hours We really hope you will give us a different unit what didn’t happened And we are still waiting for you to refund us for a complete night stay or all resort fees for all 3 night to compensate us on this horrible situation that we need to find ourselves looking where to go Please contact me for solution.I didn’t like how my host handle this situation at all. ##### sean a. The Setai is an excellent property with great pools, beach and service. Unit 2208 is well equipped with everything you need. The layout, furnishings and amenities are great. The view is superb!
