It’s an oasis of calm featuring teak interiors, tranquil pools, and world-class service. Two-bedroom residences offer spacious layouts ideal for families or longer stays, blending Eastern minimalism with coastal comfort. THE SPACE: • Separate 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. • 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed. • Spacious 1198 ft² (111 m²) of living space. • Ocean and City view with Southern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax). • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Reviewer Comments: We used Luxury Rentals to book our stay at The One Hotel as well as The Setai, and we do not have enough positive things to say about this company. Ross and Andre went above and beyond to make our stays as comfortable, luxurious and relaxed as possible. The view from the rooms were incredible. The accommodations were exactly as described and were even more stunning in person. Not to mention that the value of the rooms (a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom respectively) were such a great deal, they would have been at least triple the price of booking through the hotel.
