The room was basic but clean and suited for a family of 4\. Resort was nice easy access to the beach and pools. Beach chairs: first come first serve policy not followed by the beach employees. A lot of favoritism in reserving chairs. It creates unnecessary tensions. Beach was beautiful.

It was terrible service! The host did not reply to any email or answer phone calls. We had no fresh towels, wash rags, or cleaning service throughout the entire stay!
