Our space was design to make you feel like you are home away from home. The design elements in both living areas and bedroom were thought out so our guest feel comfortable and just, AT HOME!!!. one parking its include , and extra would be avaialbe with and extra fee!! amazing common areas to take a breath and enjoy your stay in Miami.  
  
\* 🎈 a MANDATORY rush fee of $100 will be applicable for booking with a check in less than 72 hour . Or if guest failed to provide the information with 72 hours prior the arrival  
  
The reserve include (4) access card and (1) parking decal .(one parking spot include)  
  
For registration purposes, guest MUST provide the ID for EACH adult that will be staying in the unit and 2 emails to receive the confirmation and instruction from the building.
