Quiet hotel. Extremely slow elevators. I used UberEats most of my time due lack of dining options around. Breakfast wasn’t great but available. The hotel was relatively clean. Very impressed except the stains on the wall behind the toilet. The furniture & carpet can be upgraded as well as the television w/channels. On a scale of 10, I would give it a 7/10. Very affordable, clean , close to the airport but away from everything else. Will return.

A/C unit in room was audibly dripping all night. The thermostat was broken and we couldn't turn it off, down, or up. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch just to get some quiet... which was interrupted by the cars and train nearby. Front desk staff was unpleasant at best; however, the rest of the staff was welcoming and nice.

The property is sort of outdated. The room furniture was old. The bathroom was small, and the toilet made a very loud noise. There are no ice machines. You have to take a “pitcher” to the front desk for ice. It was close to the airport but I would not stay again.

My family stayed there for one night but honestly wish we had more time there. We expected the hotel to be less than stellar but were pleasantly surprised with the rooms, the staff, pool and the amazing breakfast buffet! The rooms were so much nicer than I thought. We had two full rooms with two full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a living room! Our room was bigger than most people in New York City‘s apartments. It was clean and cozy! 10/10 The staff were all super helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Probably the best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve stayed in. The outside of the hotel seems like it’s not in the best area but I felt safe with my family there and the inside of the hotel and the rooms made up for it. If you’re going on a business trip or need to hotel to stay in before you leave for your cruise like we did I highly recommend this hotel.
