We're the type of people that we can make any setting work, but Spring River cabins made it very easy to have a great time. The scenery is beautiful, and the cabin is recessed into the woods with a private fire pit and porch with blinds and chairs. We must have gone during an off weekend, because we had the whole place to ourselves, and had our pick of the covered swing overlooking the trees and the water, a quiet wooden bench along the trail, and the bench swing along the water. It was very private, very peaceful, and we had a great time sitting in nature and visiting the spring-fed creek 13 minutes down the road.
