The apartment came with cooking utensils, bath & pool towels, W/D, comfy beds and more. Covered parking was clutch and the pool is nice (great outdoor grill). The neighborhood is really excellent for families with young children. There are 2 great parks/playgrounds, tons of safe sidewalks, and super markets in walking distance. Not much happening in terms of nightlife and special dining, but easy to access south Florida with a car. The beach was not too far of a walk, with public access easy to get to. The beach cart with chairs was very convenient. The pool area was nice.
