The television did not work and there was no hot water. I requested another room and was ignored by staff .i called the front desk again to ask for another room and was told they could not move me. I told them I wanted another room or a full refund and no one offered assistance. I have stayed at Sleep Inn many times but this was the worst. I want a refund!

Not in a great area. Hotel is OK, but maintenance was needed in the bathroom. The pocket door won’t open all the way and we had to hold the shower door close with towels.

I had an early morning flight and this is close to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 5 am and the first shuttle to the airport is at 6 or 6:30 am and breakfast at the hotel doesn’t open until 6 am so it’s not convenient if you need to get to the airport early. Also, the last evening shuttle is at 9:30 pm so they’re not accommodating late flights either. I dropped the rental car off the night before and used the shuttle to get back from the airport. Their shuttle runs every 45 minutes - I noticed vans from other area hotels come through twice in the almost an hour I was waiting. So if you are staying here to get the airport shuttle, consider your timing.

Needed a night to stay to catch my flight the next morning. This was perfect place to stay, clean, staff was great. Definitely would do it again if i need a night only.

The shuttle service was a joke. I arrived at airport. I called front desk and told them I was waiting. Shuttle driver drove right past me without stopping. I called front desk to tell them. They told me they would send him back. They never did. I caught a taxi to hotel. When I arrived the driver was leaning on front desk looking at his phone. Front desk clerk was not apologetic. Another guest in lobby said the same thing happened to her. Cab cost $20 and they didn’t offer to cover. 5 days earlier the shuttle service was great. Really nice drivers.

No hot water in shower, very noisy from room above and outside. Not sure if renovations were being done but missing moulding and part of faucet in shower and loose toilet seat. At least the beds are comfortable and clean. Shuttle bus to airport was right on time.

The room was clean but the toilet did not flush well and the key to the room did not work and had to be corrected each day and the tv remote did not work properly. The front desk staff was not helpful at all except one .

This place isn't safe people loud and fighting and cursing up all night had a early flight at 8 am left hotel at 1 am safer at the airport also found roaches in bathroom and wasn't cheap 187 bucks Don't stay here would like a refund but my life is worth more then $187 expedia should remove from site

My only issue was there being no monitoring or control at the pool. The lady gave me a code but people not staying at the hotel were already in the pool with a bunch of kids and kept opening the gate for others. So it didn’t feel safe or secure. Other than that it was good

The staff was professional. The location is just a good distance from the bussy 36th. The black out curtain works well yet I miss a half way and still have privacy. I was streetside and once the roll curtain is open, the privacy is gone. Either a tinted glass or an added curtain option. At breakfast, the meat offered seemed old and was not hot at 8am. Coffee in the room worked well. The elevator makes shocking rides and might need a check-up.

This is the worst place Ive ever stayed. The hallways were completely cluttered with laundry bins and janitorial supplies. I couldn’t not sleep due to constant arguments by my room door. The only satisfactory thing there was reliable transportation. The driver is an amazing person with great customer service skills.
