- A simple, comfortable Miami base with a queen bed, private kitchen and patio, plus shared pool and laundry access. Located in Miami’s Upper East Side near the MiMo district, this independent studio has its own entrance, full bathroom and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave and coffee maker. Guests also have access to the shared above-ground pool, grill and free laundry.
Unit 5 is a private studio designed to sleep two guests in one queen-size bed. The sleeping, dining and living functions are combined in one efficient studio layout. The unit has its own private full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, stovetop/oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups and basic utensils.
Unit 5 also has its own private covered rear outdoor area. The front pool and grill area are shared with guests in the other units unless the full property is reserved by one group. The unit is completely independent, with its own exterior front door and no connecting doors to neighboring units.
