The pool and hot tub area are beautiful with lots of nice outdoor furniture. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and relaxing by the pool. Look lots of walks around the neighborhood and enjoyed the many local dining options. I recommend the fairly easy drive down to Biscayne National Park and the snorkeling and boat tours they have there. ##### Douglas F. We came to attend our daughter’s graduation. We had comfortable rooms for family members to stay in. The backyard and pool were like an oasis, lots of room and comfortable chairs to relax and socialize. The pool was clean and well maintained and the lighting was very cool at night. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and quickly responsive when we had questions. We were able to have a very nice and memorable family gathering! Thank you 😊 ##### Mark D. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions. Also, a written list of instructions for the pool and spa would be convirnient. Overall we had a great stay, loved the pool and spa, and the overall location sad just right for us! ##### Taylor C. There is plenty of room in the house for many people and lots of sleeping room and 3 bathrooms. The neighbor is quite and there were no issues there. I think the property is protrayed well in the listing. The price is fair for what is offered. I think it is important to give credit for all of that.Looking at other reviews I do agree with comments that were made as to the concerns listed. While I see the owner attacks anyone who trys to leave a honest review that is a bit concerning. I think some simple changes/updates could really make this property pop. They could charge even more and I would certainly score the property higher.We were interrupted several times during our stay and this is made us uneasy.
