### Playa Villa - Modern Luxury Redefined

Completely rebuilt and brand new this is a refined, sleek yet cozy home designed for entertaining in luxury. Please note: We typically require a four day notice, however sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute requests, so even if our calendar is blocked please feel free to reach out. Our dedicated team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions.   
  
Indoor and outdoor amenities abound; living room with 28 foot ceilings, large dining room, chef\`s kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances and rich marble countertops The family room has its own pavilion, and the waterfront pool with baja shelf and adjacent summer kitchen set within a huge ipe wood deck with a dock steps away.  
No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.   
  
Guest that books must be the one checking in.  
  
No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.  
  
No DJ equipment. Bluetooth allowed inside.   
  
Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. 4 cars max fit in driveway.  
  
If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host\`s sole determination) in the same destination. The Guest agrees to the right of the host to relocate the Guest in such event.

#### As close to a hotel stay in a private home

After booking I realized I've worked with this company before. Had a chef come prepare us a 5 star dinner and celebrated our anniversary in a beautiful home in a great area. They even offered us an upgrade with a stunning view of downtown Miami as well as complimentary airport transfers however we already had that covered. Will stay here again and will work with Nomade again. Thanks so much guys; happy wife, happy life!

We had a great time at the villa. It was great to wake up with waterfront views in Miami Beach and soak in the sunset at the pool. Friends and family also loved the place
