The umbrella/towel service for both the beach and pools was excellent...we never had an issue getting set up. The condo itself was well stocked with appliances (most of which we used) and also had a supply of salt and pepper. The only negatives really were the need to use the card to get into bathrooms on the property and no lights on the balconies. It was all around a beautiful place and stay. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the pools, fitness center, restaurants and bars on the property. My wife and I have stayed at the 1Hotel South beach many times but this was the first time we were traveling with our 7 month old son. We brought my mother also so rather than book two hotel rooms we booked this residence. Everything was perfect and was as described. The residence was beautiful with beautiful ocean views. All the hotel amenities are included except for room service. The only negative was the horrible weather our whole trip but that's not the property's fault.
