GETTING AROUND:  
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:  
• The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.  
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.  
• Room service is not available.  
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.  
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Amazing view fromthe balcony and rooms which both had ocean-facing windows. Thankful for the blackout blinds! Perfect kitchen set up. Very comfortable experience overall! No complaints!!

This place is truly remarkable. Our family has stayed at this property previously, but this unit is spectacular.The pictures really don’t do it justice.The unit was the cleanest vacation rental I have stayed in. The hosts were quick and efficient responding to any questions. The overall experience was everything we had hoped for.This will be our first choice if and when we return to the area.

#### Lovely Beach Condo

Great stay for 5 nights. The condo was in excellent condition and the views from the condo were amazing! The 1 Hotel is one of our favorite places to stay and yet again everyone we dealt with from check in/out to beach and pool service were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and hotel based upon the accommodations and customer service.
