The building itself is located directly across from the beach and the iconic “Miami Beach” sign, so the location was excellent. The building itself, though, has seen better days. The commin areas on the 4th floor, where the unit was located, could use a thorough cleaning and fresh coat of paint. The unit itself suffered from some of the same fate. A white floor will show dirt, and the direct showed. Baseboards and other areas could use some TLC. The outdoor terrace was huge and quite the amenity.
