Great to be in South Beach. Great access to beach and Ocean Drive. The unit was nice and well maintained and decorated. The only problem with this rental is that it is on the second floor of the Congress Hotel, overlooking Ocean Dr. which would be great...but right next door on the first floor is the Palace Bar that is open to the street. One of the bedrooms basically overlooks the bar. The bar is very active with loud music until 1am. They have special shows about every half hour, which means the music and screaming gets even louder. You can hear and feel the thump of the music until they close. To top it off on our last night, after the music finally ended at 1am, whoever was in the unit above ours decided to rearrange furniture until about 2:30\. The listing notes the active street life on Ocean Dr. but this is another level. ##### Kevin S.
