Welcome to your private Coconut Grove retreat, a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and laid-back Miami living.



Inside, you’ll find bright, refreshed interiors, stylish new furniture, and comfortable beds ready for a restful night after a day of exploring. The inviting living room is perfect for movie nights or relaxing together, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for morning coffee, quick snacks, or a home-cooked meal.



The outdoor space is where this home truly comes to life. Fire up the BBQ, settle into one of the many seating areas, and enjoy an alfresco meal, afternoon conversation, or sunset drinks surrounded by tropical Miami greenery. Whether you’re starting the morning slowly or winding down after a night in the Grove, the backyard offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Guests will also enjoy an in-home washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. Please note that parking is available on the street only. There is no parking inside the property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, the bathroom, living areas, fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and spacious backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ. Please note that parking is available on the street only. There is no driveway or parking available inside the property. Check-in is contactless, and detailed access instructions will be provided before arrival.

Known for its lush tropical landscape and relaxed atmosphere, “The Grove” offers a refreshing change of pace while keeping you close to Miami’s best attractions. Spend the day exploring waterfront parks, local cafés, sidewalk restaurants, boutiques, marinas, and the shops and entertainment at CocoWalk. The neighborhood blends Old Miami character with a vibrant dining and nightlife scene, making it equally enjoyable for peaceful mornings and lively evenings.



You’ll also be conveniently located near Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, and the beaches an ideal home base for experiencing the city while returning to a quieter residential setting.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare service is the easiest way to explore Coconut Grove and the surrounding Miami neighborhoods. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and popular destinations such as CocoWalk, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach are all within convenient driving distance. Street parking is available infront the home on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there is no driveway or parking available inside the property. Once you reach central Coconut Grove, many restaurants, cafés, shops, waterfront parks, and entertainment options can be enjoyed on foot. Public transportation is also available nearby for guests who prefer not to drive.



Other Things to Note:

For a smooth arrival, the home offers convenient keyless entry. Your unique access code and complete check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



This is a residential neighborhood, and some of our friendly neighbors occasionally gather and socialize outside their the property. You may see them while entering or leaving the home. This is part of the neighborhood’s welcoming atmosphere and should not interfere with your stay.

* No parties or events. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy.

* Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors.

* Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep music and outdoor conversations at a respectful volume.

* No smoking or vaping inside the home.

* Please treat the home, furniture, BBQ, and outdoor areas with care.

* Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no parking inside the property.

* Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the home.

* Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
