The place is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the beach in Miami for sure. Everything was as described. The view is fantastic, and that property is exactly as shown in the pictures. All was well explained before the arrival. It is so easy to go to the beach, and you will enjoy it 100%. Valet parking is included in the final price. Sometimes, it takes a while, but it works perfectly. However there were some negatives. There was an awful awful smell on the hallway where the apartment was located that was there our entire stay. It also permitted into our apartment. There were no linens for the sofa bed in the room. The bathrooms and closets in bathrooms were very outdated and broken. The master bed and loft was beautiful. The balcony was nice but the view was slightly obstructed and the building was showing run down in need of repair and coat of paint. The beach access was nice as was the pool.
