Absolutely brilliant stay. Great room, helpful staff and best of all, no crazy greedy resort fee or parking charges. Just an honest hotel, delivered exactly what I needed without fuss.

Excellent property in the heart of Little Havana…our room had everything needed for a short 5 night break, the staff are so helpful and attentive. The customer service we experienced was sending to none, always checked in during our stay and couldn’t be more helpful, they all went above and beyond, would highly recommend the Tower Hotel!!

Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

This hotel is so convenient. It is very close to Miami International Mall. Will definitely stay here again.

I was really worried about coming here after seeing some reviews. It was absolutely wonderful, clean and everything was in working order, huge room which had everything you could need.

Great Location if you have a car, otherwise its an uber to the metro. Once on the metro its easy to get around.

Absolutely fantastic staff, brilliant location and the rooms are incredible! Spotless, superbly maintained, just perfect! This was our second visit here and we will be back again. Just amazing all round!

One night stay after flying in. 15 mins from the airport. Hotel was lovley and clean, staff really friendly. In a safe area close to shopping mall etc. Beds were really comfortable and the room a good size. Breakfast was also really nice with a good selection of. Would stay here again.
