Step into luxury with this chic Miami-style 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom modern villa with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Skyline. The luxurious home spans over 3,333 square feet and is one of a few single-family homes located on the highly desired Biscayne Island, facing South. The villa has been newly renovated, featuring high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and has everything you need for entertaining. Enjoy a beautiful courtyard garden with a heated swimming pool
If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host`s sole determination) in the same destination. The Guest agrees to the right of the host to relocate the Guest in such event.

It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. The deck was a great place for our family to enjoy meals, roast marshmallows, and watch hummingbirds (so many hummingbirds!). A short walk takes you to a patio by the creek, or into the woods, or up into the hills (this turns into a not-so-short, punishingly steep hike).But it's really the treehouse that steals the show. As soon as you start walking over the bridge from the cabin to the treehouse, you know you're heading for something special. Every room makes great use of the space, so you never feel cramped despite being in a house squeezed between a few trees. The finishes are top-notch, and there's a lighting preset for every mood. Adults can make coffee and cocktails, while kids can play and climb up from the ground beneath the deck to the very top level.Finally, if you've got some time, take on the scavenger hunt. It might take you a while! But it is extremely clever and gets you to explore more nooks around the property.Suffice it to say, we had a great time and plan to stay again!
