Luxurious 2 bedroom condo in the heart of South Beach. The condo was recently renovated to the highest level and offers a modern design with a Miami Beach flair. Fully-equipped with all the kitchen essentials and a large balcony. The condo has a washer/dryer and comes with one assigned garage parking. The building is steps away from the world famous Lincoln Road, a short walk to the beach, Sunset Harbor and other attractions. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.
Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out.
