The condo has a washer/dryer and comes with one assigned garage parking. The building is steps away from the world famous Lincoln Road, a short walk to the beach, Sunset Harbor and other attractions. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.
