Excellent experience
Owner of condo was very accommodating and kind. Condo was so pretty just like the pictures. No hidden costs,easy check in and owner met us at condo to show us around. Had deposit back within 3 hours of check out. Great experience all around.

The good and the bad
Rooms were excellent. But,when I arrived the a/c unit didn’t work. Stayed overnight, I got another room only not to have cookware, , the trash can was the size of a gallon of milk. No broom, no dressers. No very convenient!!

New experience
First of all is an apartment an not a hotel. The place is nice and roomy but other than that nothing else. Is very basic. For a week stay you only get two towels and one set of bed linen. The pillows which are flat as a pancake do not have a pillow case ( for hygiene purpose is recommended). The kitchen it will be nice if they had a couple of wine glasses since they already have a corkscrew. The apartment had a nice balcony with no furniture or chairs, and the floors have not been cleaned for several months. Do not go out barefoot! The shower was recently renovated (Nice), but there is nowhere to put your soap or your shampoo. (Do not forget to bring your own soap, shampoo and extra toilet paper). For the same price as the hotel next door I would stay at the hotel next time. It has xtra room but the rest was lacking to me. You might think differently.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful with amazing views. However, since the condo was rented from the owner, there was no hand or face towels, no cleaning products, not enough toilet paper, etc. So I ended up having to buy those items myself and I feel like they should have been included, especially for the price we paid. The room also wasn't very clean when we got there, so I had to do some cleaning myself. Other then that, the place was beautiful and in a fantastic location. Pool was gorgeous as well.

Valentine's weekend
My finance and I had a great experience, the apartment was cleaned, bathroom had towels and the view from our room was amazing. The valet guys were helpful with directions and recommended local spots to eat. We enjoyed staying here and our trip to Miami was memorable.

Last minute Miami Getaway
This was the best last minute booking for our trip to Miami. My boyfriend and I needed a room for Ultra and found this cute little studio literally right across from Ultra. The room was clean and perfect for the two of us. It was walking distance to practically everything and I loved the whole downtown vibe. The view of the city is also breathtaking as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, modern, clean and fully equipped!
Spacious, modern, fully equipped studio apartment with balcony overlooking the city. Very nice gym overlooking the Beautiful bay, and sauna (dry and wet). A ten minute drive from the airport and various eateries on the ground floor were very convenient including a pizzeria, habachi grill and a fresh Italian eatery with amazing quinoa salads. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Parking was a pain.
Once I booked this then you find out parking is going to cost you an additional $25 per night. Parking was a pain, and getting any direction on what you need to do was not easy. It was like we were expected to know what to do. People in the building were friendly staff not ao much. You have to scan a key fob in the elevator and to get on and out of the building whick is great for security except makea it a pain in the elevator if you have your hands full. We had a great view of the city from our balcony but nothing to sit on outside. I guess iI just expected more than what it was.

The room is nice, but absolutely NO amenities. No coffee filters, no garbage can liners. I was only left HALF a tiny bottle of body wash. So I had to buy soap, and if I had used up the only roll of toilet paper, I would have had to buy that as well, because there was only one roll in the apartment (and no place to hang it). Small things, like a toilet paper holder, a garbage can in the bathroom (with a liner), a soap dish in the shower, would make this place feel a lot more livable. I bought coffee filters and left them there, hopefully that's one less thing the next guest has to buy.

Perfect for the business traveler
I was in Miami for a week of business and opted to stay at 50 Biscayne. The location was perfect; it was just 2 minutes walk from the downtown office building where I was working, and it was close to all kinds of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, bayside park and mall, and the stadium. The condo itself had all the amenities I needed; great to have a fridge and washer/dryer. Amazing view of the city. The pool was incredible; very clean, and warm (day and night) - a wonderful way to unwind at the end of a long day. Of course, it isn't a hotel, so you're on your own for any cleaning, or room service, or the like, but I can honestly say that I didn't miss it. And good value for the money, when comparing to some of the more expensive hotels in town. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Cash cow for the owners.
Where do I start? We got there and there was no key for us, no message. Nothing. Had to start calling hotels.com and the owner. An hour later we finally went into the apartment. The view from the apartment is wonderful, BUT, for those prices I expect to have basic things like cleanliness, towels, soap. There were bath towels, but no soap, no kitchen towel, no dishwashing soap in the kitchen, no filters, no coffee. Nothing. The white comforter in the master bedroom was clearly stained by blood. It was washed, but the stains did no come out. Disgusting! The location of the apartment does not make up for the careless attitude of the owners. We'll never go back there.

I was seeking luxury accommodations as a break from all my recent hotel stays and was very PLEASED that I stumbled upon Luxury at 50 Biscayne. I have locked in this luxury experience into my South Florida monthly go to stay as long as it stays within my corporate budget ;-). Great Stay and looking forward to many more.

hotel location was very convenient. hotel room was ok. the toilet was not so clean. bed was not so comfortable. I got room on 35th floor. city view was good. I expected it to be bay front view .kristen responded promptly. no toilet bar in room. balcony door lock was not working or did I not know how to close it? god knows. cleaning fee of 100$ is a waste. valet parking available for 20$ per day,not sure why kristen charges 25$ per day. check in and check out was very smooth. If ,toilet cleaniness is improved and if the room has a bay front view with no 100$ cleaning fees with a better comfortable bed .. its a awesome deal and great place to stay. End of my stay, I am not sure if its worth $385 for 2 days+ $500 security deposit.

Buyer beware!
I travel for business each week, so when I saw the opportunity to stay in a 'luxury apartment' I thought it would be a welcome change from the standard hotel room. Lesson learned, back to racking up the Marriott points... This experience was rough from the very beginning. My flight was late, so I didn't get to the building until after 1am. Exhausted, I went to the front desk where I was told by a security guard that the building is strictly residential and that the owners aren't allowed to rent their units out. Confused, as my credit card was already charged for the stay & damage deposit, I called the number on the hotels.com confirmation. A man answered and told me to take the elevator to the 35th floor. I arrived in the room to find that it was unlocked and very sparsely decorated. No big deal, but definitely not 'luxury'. 5 minutes later I answer a knock at the door and find the owner, asking me to hand over my credit card and ID so he could make a copy of them. I explained to him that I was not going to allow him to take a copy of the ID or card because I didn't feel like having my identify stolen, which started a 30 minute long stand off in which he said that he (1) refused to give me a refund and (2) would not let me stay in the room without a copy of both. Eventually he agreed to let me sign the credit card receipt (like every other business in this country). Be careful, don't let this creep steal your credit card number!

Single man on vacation
I was traveling for pleasure a single man on vacation. I was skeptical getting an apartment but am very happy I did. The room had a great view of downtown Miami. The room was clean with a fully functional kitchen including accessories. I did not open all of the kitchen drawers but some needed a more thorough cleaning. The only service provided (hence the rating) was the valet/garage attendants and gym attendant. Basically, you show up to an apartment and leave as you found it. Washer and dryer was a great addition, I did some laundry. The gym and swimming pool facilities were excellent. Overall my stay was very pleasant. I would stay here again. Garage access was great but I did have to pay and park when initially checking in and checking out. Great location near restaurants and easy drive to South Beach or other areas of Miami.

The location of the hotel was right across the street from a park and it was near a lot of shops and places to eat. Everything was in walking distance. I stayed in the room during the week (M-F) and it was very quiet and had a nice view. It also included a washer and dryer and the overall condition was very clean and modern. The owner was also very responsive and available whenever called/emailed. There is no daily cleaning service which was a plus for me because I don't like the idea of someone possibly going through my stuff while I'm not there. I would stay again.

Great location. Payment problems. No guides.
The studio apartment room is great. The view is also fabolous. The pool and jacuzzi is like a dream come true. The staff personal is kind of unwelcoming, very jumpy, and somewhat discriminatory at best. They see and look at you like a homeless person. They treat you like you don't belong there. I honestly felt like an intruder just walking by the complex, not like a guest.

Geheimtipp für die, die ein Appartement wollen !
Das "Hotel" ist eigentlich keines, es gibt keine Rezeption und auch sonst keinen Service. Es handelt sich um ein hohes Appartementhaus in der ersten Reihe downtown mit eigener Tiefgarage (25 Dollar die Nacht). Man bekommt einen Chip zum Öffnen der maindoor und der elevator und ist ansonsten auf sich alleine gestellt. Das Appartement ist aber der Hammer und der Blick aus dem 44. Floor (mit umlaufendem Balkon) nicht zu toppen (s. Bilder). Bestes eigenes WiFi und unglaublich viel Platz mit guten Betten und zwei Bädern. Allerdings ist die Küche nur rudimentär ausgestattet was Geschirr / Besteck / Gläser etc. angeht. Um die Ecke liegt das Hard Rock Cafe Miami und der Bayside Marketplace mit einigen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie ein Park, auch ein kleiner 7/11 für das Nötigste findet sich direkt gegenüber.

Pas un hôtel.
La présentation de EXPEDIA donne l'impression d'un hotel. FAUX. C'est un appartement loué d'un particulier. On a due ressortir pour aller se procurer ; Kleenex, Papier de toilette et savon. A notre arrivée, le propriétaire n'avait pas avisé la réception et il n'était pas joignable. Nous avons due aller à nos activités professionnelle (congrès) en vêtement de voyage sans avoir eu la chance de se rafraichir. Très déçu de la représentation faite par EXPÉDIA.

Ikke et hotel
Lejligheden, pool og spa var rigtig godt, men man skal være opmærksom på, at der ikke er tale om et hotel. Der var ikke ordentligt rent da vi kom (særligt var der ikke vasket gulv) og der bliver ikke gjort rent under ens ophold. Derudover står man selv for køb af f.eks. toiletpapir ekstra sæbe mv.
