My questions were regarding things like early check in and needing to leave the reservation early, so I was surprised the staff weren’t aware of the policies. It’s also worth mentioning that the rooms, despite being in a hotel don’t offer things like room service or even a phone to communicate with the front desk. Using the Vrbo app has proven to be a great alternative apps and traditional hotels, but my experience with this booking has made me think twice about using the app again. Not being able to communicate with a sole owner or host is very frustrating and being in a hotel but not being able to take advantage of hotel amenities made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Again, the staff was friendly but I honestly can’t say I’d recommend Five Star Luxury Travel to anyone after my experience. ##### Robert P.
