Luxurious 1/1 Ocean View Condo 1416 - Located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach
- As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, 1 bath located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach you will immediately feel luxury and nature combined. Bedroom has a king bed with soft silky linens. Bathroom has luxurious towels and toiletries. In the living room you can enjoy lounging on your plush white sofa that also converts into two beds, a twin and a full. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony has a table for two.
There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
