We had a little problem with the TV and got immediate help to resolve the problem. ##### Marta F. We had the most amazing vacation. We’ve been coming to South Beach for many years. Five Star Luxury Travel is the best agency. Don’t think. Just book with them. You won’t be disappointed. Everything is as advertised and their service is excellent. Our room in the 1 Hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Adriana and Danny are extremely responsive. Enjoy! ##### Lan T. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly receptionist who made the check-in process seamless. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the room had a stunning view of the city skyline. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. ##### Sepideh K. La propiedad donde me alojé estaba impecable, es espaciosa y cómoda. Tiene de todo. La empresa brinda rápida respuesta a cualquier requerimiento. Solo una sugerencia: sería conveniente agregar un estante en la ducha para que shampu y gel de ducha no estén en el piso, es incómodo. Sin dudas volveré. ##### Milena M. We had such a wonderful time we extended the trip an extra day. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for my teenagers but very few sofa beds are comfortable. This past stay at the 1 went differently. The man at the desk barley wanted to speak with me when I told him I had rented a property and showed him my rental with my confirmation number and I couldn’t reach my host. Apparently this was a self check in but the host did not contact me to make me aware prior. The man said to me well you should stay in the hotel and not residence side we have nothing to do with this. I stood there with my 3 children and said is there anyone you could call don’t you have a contact for this property that I knew they rented out all the time. After a lot of back and fourth he picked the phone made a call and within in a minute the host told him it was a self check in. I could not believe the way I was treated. Not a good way to run a residence unit on both ends. We love Miami and the 1 hotel so the stay turned around but my husband and I were very turned off upon arrival and the rest of the day.
