The area is excellent, in the heart of Sunny Isles, close to the beach (it is a longish walk. We prefered to take our car and parked by the pier), it is close to the supermarket or places to dine. Everything worked perfectly well and Andrea was always very warm and within reach if we had a question. We also like to be able to park our car ourselves rather than wait for Valet service as in other Condos. We defenitvely recommend this rental and AyP.
