Halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Sunny Isles will become your next destination. The Space: Important: Le Montcalm is for adults of 55 years old or more. Le Montcalm 102 (more than 1000 square feet) is perfect for a stay up to 4 people, the best option for your “home away from home” since the condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed), a full equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and direct access to a balcony. Laundry facilities are available in the condo. The only thing missing is you and your swimming suit. While staying at Le Montcalm, you’ll enjoy a moment of relaxation at the pool outside the property or directly at the beach only few minutes walk. Don’t change your routine, a gym is also available at the property. We offer free Wi-Fi internet connexion, so you’ll be able to share your memorable moments with your friends.
