Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 1420 (14th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom premium corner unit with magnificent 180 degree views, 20-ft balcony, great room with full kitchen, dining area seats 8, living room and den which is converted to a bedroom. The convertible 4th bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy sleeping in the evening, a very practical use of space for added sleeping. The unit has 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 adult twin single beds and a full size bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom (no window) and 2 twin beds in convertible den sleeping area. Upon request we can assemble two twins as a king double. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 11 guests. Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy hanging out in the living room, balcony, and bathrooms to get ready. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. The condo is within a hotel which is super convenient as they have a cafe and corner store in the lobby. The pool was beautiful and included a full service bar that serves you during the weekday too. The beach is across the bike path, Fountainbleu is 1 mile away, and it's so easy to get to South Beach. We loved our stay! ##### Chrissy S. The condo unit we stayed in was clean, neat and organized. The beds and linens were super comfy. Loved that the kitchen had coffee! I also liked that it is not far from (but not in the middle of) the South Beach madness. Perfect place to come home and crash and not be woken up by drunk vacationers! ##### Susan B.
