Located in the best part of Sunny Isles Beach across the street from pristine, white sandy beaches, an ideal home for ocean lovers. Foodies, shopaholics, and revelers will love being steps away from Collins Avenue, the city's epicenter for dining, shopping and nightlife. After a day on the beach, rest, and recharge in our home with fully equipped kitchenettes, comfy bedding and free Wi-Fi. Whether you're here for a business trip or a weeklong getaway, thrive every minute during your stay!  
  
This modern apartment is located on the 10th floor in the Ocean Reserve building with an astonishing pool and intercoastal view. It has everything you need for your stay! Spacious, comfortable, nice and it’s just across from the beach (3-5 min by walk).  
  
The 1005 sq ft unit consists of 1 bedroom + 1,5 bathrooms + living room + kitchen and a balcony with panoramic intercoastal view. Comfortable and spacious walk-in closets. Free Wireless internet.  
Equipped with everything you need for your stay: linens, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided as well.  
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances (toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave). Dishes, utensils, and cookware are complete for 4 people. Just bring your suitcases!  
  
The condo is perfect for up to 4 adults.
