Located in Icon Brickell, the same building as the W Brickell Hotel, guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a large pool and on-site dining. The sleek kitchen features premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Situated in the heart of Brickell, just steps from top restaurants, shops, and nightlife an ideal choice for a modern, upscale stay. \*The balconies will be closed due to the HOA façade renovation project\* \*Temporary Closure & Noise Notice\* Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours. THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance. OPTIONAL SERVICES To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer optional services through our trusted partners. These can be arranged after your booking is confirmed: • Private Garage Self-Parking • Early Arrival Luggage Storage • Late Departure Luggage Storage • Extra Cleaning Service • Fresh Towel Service • Grocery Pre-Stocking • Birthday & Celebration Packages CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight) • The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in. • Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in. CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM • A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest. FOBS: The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18\. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. AMENITY ACCESS: After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 4 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access. PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage: • 0–1 hr: $13 • 1–4 hrs: $24 • 4–10 hrs: $30 • 10–24 hrs: $50 Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges. A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges. BATHROOM POLICY: The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse. The check in process is awful. You have to meet a host to check in and if you arrive after midnight you can't check in until 10 am the next day. The listing said that basic necessities (dishwasher detergent, shampoo etc) were a mandatory purchase for 35 which is fine but were not provided. They offered to bring them later after we had gone to get supplies. Three of the 6 elevators in the building were broken so it took 30-40 minutes to get an elevator every time we went somewhere. Asked for a late checkout to compensate for some of these issues. Host indicated we could have an hour for 50 because another guest was checking in. Calendar shows no guests for 2 weeks. Other messages to host got no response. All in all the location and amenities are great but I would choose another unit and host next time. ##### Debbie P.
