We stayed for 5 days, everything was going fine until the last night.
We went out to dinner, when we came back the door of our room was open. We immediately reported it to the front desk, she sent the securtiy guard upstairs to check, he said it was very strange he said the security cameras were not working.
The lady from the front desk and the security guy made their best effort to find what happened, they called and texted the hotel’s director many times, he never answered, his name is Sebastian Sicilliano.
They gave us the choice to be changed to another room, gave us two options, we saw them and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , so we stayed at the same room. While everything was going on, two guests came to the front desk and told them that they went to the gym at the 8th floor when suddenly they saw a homeless man with two dogs a Pitbull and a Rottweiler they called the police for their help with this issue. Then at the pool area some guys had very loud music so the security guy had to talk to them and asked them to behave.
For this property only two people are responsible to handle all the issues, it’s unbelievable !!
They don’t have more security staff !
It seems that this property is not an original Hilton, it is a franchise !!
We were very dissapointed !
