We stayed for 5 days, everything was going fine until the last night. We went out to dinner, when we came back the door of our room was open. We immediately reported it to the front desk, she sent the securtiy guard upstairs to check, he said it was very strange he said the security cameras were not working. The lady from the front desk and the security guy made their best effort to find what happened, they called and texted the hotel’s director many times, he never answered, his name is Sebastian Sicilliano. They gave us the choice to be changed to another room, gave us two options, we saw them and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , so we stayed at the same room. While everything was going on, two guests came to the front desk and told them that they went to the gym at the 8th floor when suddenly they saw a homeless man with two dogs a Pitbull and a Rottweiler they called the police for their help with this issue. Then at the pool area some guys had very loud music so the security guy had to talk to them and asked them to behave. For this property only two people are responsible to handle all the issues, it’s unbelievable !! They don’t have more security staff ! It seems that this property is not an original Hilton, it is a franchise !! We were very dissapointed !

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. It was new and the staff was very friendly. I had brunch on Sunday morning and the food was delicious. Everything from the coffee, toast, omelet and service was top notch. The pool has cute cabanas and umbrellas on one side and on the other side were more larger cabanas for relaxing. It was a great experience!

Pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury for this property and location. Felt like a luxury extended stay hotel. The rooms are spacious with elevated furnishings. The bathroom is large, beautiful and extremely clean. A Nespresso coffee machine and different wines are available in room. The common areas are lux. A really great experience! Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel needs attention to service
This hotel was beautiful. However, several problems were service. I tried to get them to turn down the music in the main lobby as it was so loud and I couldn't work. They said it was a policy. Couldn't do it The whole hotel was cold. This was january and he had the air conditioner pumped up Breakfast was great as was. The price service was also great for the restaurant. The rest of it, not so good.

Great hotel except the restroom in the pool area was not kept in proper order. There was water on the floor when I entered and caused me to slip and fall and tear a rotator cuff and another ligament. Also vacuuming of the room is a good idea. Never happened when we were there.

The hotel didn’t respect our special requests. The reservation was for a room with two queen beds and that it shouldn’t be connected with another one. We arrived at the property, the hotel representative told us that they wouldn’t be able to give us the room we reserved, they gave us a room with one king size bed, and it was connected. We showed them our reservation and the special requests, but it didn’t matter, they gave us what they had, they said the hotel was full due to an airline that reserved all the rooms.

Great find.
This is a great and well-located hotel. I was in Miami for a client opening close by and they recommended the Hilton Aventura. I could not have been happier, from the warm and fun welcome at the front desk to the clean, comfortable and beautiful room. I travel a good bit and would come back here for certain.
