### High Floor Adorable 2 Bedroom Condo Resort 1606

Located in a prime Miami Beach destination, this ocean view condo is the epitome of relaxation and serenity, promising an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you\`re seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a friends\` retreat, this condo is destined to leave you with cherished memories that will linger for a long time.  
  
Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.  
  
The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom offers 1 King size bed. There is a sofa bed full size in the living room with one extra sleeping spot.

\- Pool Bar: Open 7 Days, 11 am until 8 pm  
\- Gift Shop/Mini Mart: Open Tuesday through Saturday 9 am until 5 pm

\- The two Jacuzzi\`s at the Lower Pool are open and operating  
  
Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.  
  
A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.  
  
Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.  
  
Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.  
  
Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.  
  
Complimentary:  
\- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.  
\- 2 bicycles per day.  
  
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).  
  
Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:  
Weekday (Mon-Thursday) - $35 ($40 Oversize Vehicle) • Weekend (Fri-Sunday & Holidays) - $40 ($50 Oversize Vehicle) • Weekly (7 Days) $175 ($210 Oversize Vehicle)

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk.
