Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Splattered dried feces in the master suite toilet. Scattered hair, including inside a face towel. The kitchen utensils were grimey, including the knives that are in their wooden stand. Handles of pots and pans, glasses in the cabinet had fingerprints and dried foods stuck in them. The housekeeping manager came up to see it. They sent a maid to vacuum. Dust everywhere. For a 5-Star hotel (The Four Seasons Miami), they fail in the housekeeping department. Simon, who represents this residence suite gets an F++
